About Jeremy Pastel
French-American entrepreneur based in Los Angeles. For more than 25 years I have built businesses across telecom, AI, communications and sports representation — always on the same principle: execution beats ideas.

From operator to founder
My route into business was not the usual founder story. Before starting anything of my own, I held several managerial roles inside Caribbean and European telecom operators. That is where I learned how networks are actually run — the economics, the regulation, the operational discipline that a carrier needs in order to stay up.
I then completed a master's degree in business management in information technology, and made the decision to move to North America to open a telecom operator of my own rather than continue working inside someone else's. In 2010 that became VoxSun.
Working inside operators first is the reason VoxSun was built as a carrier rather than a reseller. I had seen what depending on somebody else's network does to a company's margins and its ability to ship.
Why the companies look unrelated — and are not
People often assume telecom, AI, communications and sports representation have nothing to do with each other. I see it the other way round. Every company I have built solves a problem I ran into while building the previous one.
VoxSun was the telecom infrastructure. BoostMyCom came out of needing to make that infrastructure visible, and turned into a communication and digital visibility agency. BoostMySport grew out of athletes I was already advising on image and marketing asking me to represent them directly. BoostMyDeal exists because the sales process across all of it needed to be automated, and I had the carrier infrastructure to do it properly.
Rather than chasing industries, I build systems that solve real problems. The through-line is not a sector. It is a method.
Where I work
I am based in Los Angeles, California, with offices in Canada, Europe and Africa, working with companies, entrepreneurs and athletes across North America and Europe.
The people I work with are founders, mid-market businesses, enterprise executives, professional athletes, football clubs, investors, and government agencies and municipalities. I also invest selectively in startups — usually where my experience in infrastructure, sales automation or execution strategy adds something beyond the check.

Discipline outside the office
I train daily in boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Judo, and I compete regularly in both Judo and BJJ. I get asked fairly often whether I was a professional athlete. I was not — my game is business, and it is the biggest and most difficult game there is.
Combat sports are where I test the same discipline I apply in business. There is no faking preparation on the mat. It keeps me sharp, and it is a daily reminder that consistent execution beats sporadic brilliance.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Who is Jeremy Pastel?
- I'm a French-American entrepreneur based in Los Angeles. For more than 25 years I've built businesses in telecom, AI, communications, and sports representation — always with the same philosophy: execution beats ideas.
- Why do you build companies in different industries?
- People often think telecom, AI, sports, and communications are unrelated. I see them differently. Every business I build solves a problem I encountered while building the previous one. Rather than chasing industries, I build systems that solve real problems.
- Where are you located?
- I'm based in Los Angeles, California, with offices in Canada, Europe, and Africa, and I work with companies, entrepreneurs, and athletes across North America and Europe.
- Were you a former professional athlete?
- No — I get asked that a lot because of the way I look, but I was never a professional football/soccer player. Like I always say, my game is business, and it's the biggest and most difficult game there is. I don't need to know how to score a penalty to get a multi-million dollar deal signed, though. I'm more into combat sports — I've been boxing for years, and I also compete in BJJ and Judo.
- Does Jeremy still train?
- Yes — I train daily in boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Judo as part of a disciplined morning routine, and I compete regularly in both Judo and BJJ.
