BoostMyDeal

An AI sales automation platform built on VoxSun's carrier infrastructure. It turns conversations, leads and follow-ups into structured sales pipelines using AI call analysis, automated follow-ups and CRM integrations.

The problem it was built for

Sales teams rarely lose deals dramatically. They lose them in the gaps — the call nobody logged, the follow-up nobody sent, the buying signal that was said out loud on a Tuesday and never made it into the CRM.

Every one of those gaps is a discipline problem, and discipline does not scale linearly with volume. Past a certain number of conversations per week, asking people to be more diligent stops working and the pipeline quietly becomes fiction.

BoostMyDeal exists to close those gaps mechanically rather than by exhortation.

What the platform does

The platform connects communication channels, AI call analysis, automated follow-ups, CRM integrations and sales performance tracking, turning conversations into measurable business opportunities.

In practice it analyzes calls, captures what was actually said and agreed, triggers follow-up that reflects that specific conversation rather than a generic template, and writes the result back into the CRM so the pipeline reflects reality instead of recollection.

  • AI call analysis and conversation capture
  • Context-aware automated follow-up sequences
  • CRM integration so pipeline data stays current
  • Structured pipeline generation from unstructured conversations
  • Sales performance tracking across channels
  • TODO: confirm the supported CRM integrations by name, and whether there is a public API

Why it runs on our own infrastructure

BoostMyDeal is built directly on VoxSun's carrier network. That is unusual — most competitors are AI tools layered on a third-party network, which means the quality of the calls their AI depends on sits outside their control.

Running on infrastructure we operate means call quality, routing and latency are engineering decisions rather than vendor constraints, and the cost base is ours to manage. For a product whose core input is call audio, that is not a detail.

It also explains why the platform exists at all. The automation problem was one I met while running the other businesses, and the infrastructure to solve it properly was already in-house.

Who it is for

The platform suits organizations where volume is high enough that manual follow-up genuinely breaks down: mid-market sales teams, businesses running outbound at scale, and companies whose CRM has drifted out of sync with what is actually happening on calls.

It is a poor fit for teams with a handful of high-touch relationship deals a year, where the bottleneck is not follow-up coverage.

TODO: supply two customer outcomes with measurable figures — pipeline increase, follow-up rate, time saved — and confirm whether those customers can be named

Frequently Asked Questions

What is BoostMyDeal?
BoostMyDeal is an AI sales automation platform built on VoxSun's carrier infrastructure. It turns conversations, leads, and follow-ups into structured sales pipelines using AI call analysis, automated follow-ups, and CRM integrations.
What makes VoxSun different?
Most companies in this space are AI tools layered on someone else's network. VoxSun is the network — a carrier-grade telecom operator, not a reseller. That's what lets BoostMyDeal run AI sales automation on infrastructure I actually control, instead of renting it.
