Articles & Founder Insights

Now the owner of several businesses, I want to share how I managed to succeed in business in a short time — the ideas, the mistakes, and the method underneath.

Articles & Founder Insights

What I write about

The recurring subject is execution. Great ideas are everywhere; what separates successful companies from unsuccessful ones is consistent execution, and most of what I write comes back to systems, discipline, speed and accountability.

Beyond that: how to define a vision and apply the five Cs to build a winning team, how to develop financial strategies that do a lot with few resources, and why building companies across unrelated industries is far less scattered than it looks when each one solves a problem created by the last.

  • Execution beats ideas — and what that means operationally
  • Building an ecosystem rather than a portfolio
  • Owning infrastructure versus renting it
  • Where AI sales automation actually pays off
  • Negotiation leverage and where it is really built
  • Resource efficiency for companies without large budgets

Why the companies connect

People often assume telecom, AI, communications and sports representation are unrelated. Every business I have built solves a problem I encountered while building the previous one, so the sequence is closer to a chain than a portfolio.

That observation is the seed of most of the writing. Rather than chasing industries, I build systems that solve real problems — and the systems turn out to transfer between sectors far better than the industry knowledge does.

Published writing

TODO: this section is the reason the page exists and currently has nothing to fill it. The nine cards in the homepage media section are placeholder titles with no destinations. Either supply the published pieces — title, outlet, date and URL for each — or decide that this becomes an on-site blog, in which case three launch posts are needed before the page is worth indexing
