Case Studies

Across telecommunications, communication strategy, sports representation and technology platforms, these are projects where structured strategy and execution produced measurable results.

Case Studies

VoxSun — building a telecom company with strategic visibility

2010 to present. Infrastructure powering businesses across North America, Europe and Africa.

When VoxSun was launched, the telecommunications industry was dominated by large operators with substantial marketing budgets. Competing through traditional advertising was not a viable route, so the company did not try. Instead it relied on strategic communication and digital positioning — media exposure, educational content and social media visibility — to build awareness in a market where attention was expensive.

Today VoxSun operates telecommunications infrastructure used by businesses across North America and Europe, powering communication systems, AI voice applications and business automation platforms.

The transferable lesson: smart positioning and communication strategy can replace a large marketing budget.

Jean Pascal vs Sergey Kovalev — digital promotion strategy

2014 to 2015. Montreal, Canada.

BoostMyCom managed the digital communication campaign surrounding the boxing rivalry between Jean Pascal and Sergey Kovalev. The campaign produced one of the first major viral sports promotion videos in Quebec boxing, generating more than 500,000 views.

At the time, fight promotion in the region still ran largely through traditional broadcast and press. Treating the rivalry as a digital narrative rather than a listings item was the differentiator.

The transferable lesson: strategic digital communication can dramatically amplify sports promotion.

Bruny Surin — brand repositioning

2014.

BoostMyCom developed a structured communication strategy for Olympic champion Bruny Surin, covering brand repositioning, conference positioning, digital presence optimization and social media development.

The objective was not visibility for its own sake. It was converting an athletic reputation into a durable commercial platform that would keep generating opportunities well after the competitive career.

The transferable lesson: strategic communication can transform a personal brand into a long-term business platform.

Precision Play Soccer — rapid sports program growth

2024 to 2025. Montreal, Canada and New York City.

Precision Play Soccer was created to identify young soccer talents and connect them with professional development opportunities. The first two editions were organized in under 45 days each, using digital communication, social media amplification, media outreach and partnerships with professional clubs.

Execution speed was the whole design constraint. A detection program that takes a year to assemble misses the players it was built to find.

  • Strong participation in the first edition
  • Number of players doubled in the second edition in 2025
  • A European professional club present, scouting players
  • TODO: add exact participant numbers for both editions, and note any players who progressed to professional opportunities

Dodi Lukebakio — international player career development

BoostMySport provided strategic advisory and representation support to professional footballer Dodi Lukebakio, including a major international transfer from Watford to Berlin valued at over €20 million, plus ongoing work on career strategy, negotiation, financial positioning and brand development.

The €20 million figure reflects the transfer fee paid between clubs, not a personal commission. It was also my first major transfer as an agent, closed a few months after entering the field.

The transferable lesson: successful athlete representation requires both sporting understanding and strong business negotiation skills.

TODO: add the year of the transfer and any subsequent moves handled for the player

BoostMyDeal — from communication to sales automation

Built on VoxSun telecommunications infrastructure, BoostMyDeal connects communication channels, AI call analysis, automated follow-ups, CRM integrations and sales performance tracking to turn conversations into measurable business opportunities.

It is the clearest example of the pattern behind the whole group: a problem encountered while running the previous businesses, solved with infrastructure that already existed in-house rather than bought in.

TODO: add a named or anonymized customer deployment with measurable results — pipeline generated, follow-up coverage, or time saved

Frequently Asked Questions

What is BoostMyCom?
BoostMyCom is my communication and digital visibility agency, specialized in social media marketing and content creation for a wide range of businesses — including campaigns like the Jean Pascal vs. Sergey Kovalev boxing promotion and Bruny Surin's brand repositioning.
Why do you build companies in different industries?
People often think telecom, AI, sports, and communications are unrelated. I see them differently. Every business I build solves a problem I encountered while building the previous one. Rather than chasing industries, I build systems that solve real problems.
Who do you work with?
Founders. Mid-market businesses. Enterprise executives. Professional athletes. Football clubs. Investors. Government agencies and municipalities.
