I am a FIFA-licensed agent representing professional football players through BoostMySport, and I run Precision Play Soccer, a talent detection and development program launched in 2024.
How I ended up in football
It was not a plan. Athletes I was already working with through BoostMyCom on marketing strategy and image started asking me to represent them directly. I said no at first. One thing led to another, and I ended up applying the same business logic I use everywhere else.
A few months after getting into it, I closed my first transfer: Dodi Lukebakio's move from Watford to Berlin, a deal with a transfer value of over €20 million. That figure is the transfer fee paid between clubs, not a personal commission.
Being an agent turned out to be a negotiation and brand-building problem with an unusually short clock, which is familiar territory.
BoostMySport
BoostMySport is my sports representation agency, providing career strategy, negotiation and brand development support to professional athletes. The work spans transfer negotiation, contract structuring, and the commercial and image side that determines what a player is worth beyond the pitch.
The agency has worked with clubs including Le Havre HAC, Sevilla FC, FC Nantes and PSG.
